What's the total cost — are there design or printing fees?
No extra fees. $300 / $500 / $1,000 is the full all-in cost per card run. Custom ad design, unlimited revisions, proof approval, 14pt glossy printing, and USPS EDDM postage are all included in the tier price.
Do you offer discounts for multiple card runs?
Yes. Commit to 3 consecutive runs on the same card and we discount the bundle. Text us for current pricing.
How is this cheaper than a solo postcard?
A solo 3,000-home postcard campaign typically runs $1,500–$3,000 once you add design, printing, and postage. Our shared card splits the fixed costs across ~10 non-competing businesses, so each tier comes out dramatically cheaper per home reached. You still get category exclusivity — no competitor shares your card.
Is this per card run, or monthly?
Per card run. Cards drop on city-specific cycles (roughly every 8–10 weeks). There's no subscription — each run is a separate order.
Can I change tiers between runs?
Yes. Some advertisers start with a Standard slot, measure response, and upgrade to Premium for their next run. Tiers are set per card, not locked in.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card via Stripe (most common) or a mailed check. Payment is due before the card goes to print.
What's the refund policy?
Cancel for a full refund any time before we send the card to print. Once printing begins, the order is final.
